Led Meditation Exercise. Pink Heart visualization
You can record your own voice on a tape recorder and play staff to perform the exercise, remember to focus on what were doing.
Imagine a flower in your heart; let us imagine you like a rose.
The rose has not yet reached its full development, is still a bud .
After having meditated for 2 to 3 minutes, imagine that the bud is springing up. See and feel a bit like a flower petal by petal opens in your heart. Do this for 5 minutes.(Ley de Atraccion)
Then imagine that you do not have a heart in the chest, there's just one flower on the chest area we call heart. The flower has become in your heart and your heart is transformed into flower. (Perform this step for 8 minutes).
Now start to feel a bit like this flower-heart becomes your whole body. Your body has disappeared. From your head to your feet can smell the fragrance of the rose. If you concentrate on your knees you can smell the perfume of the rose. Everywhere the beauty and pureness of the perfume of the rose has permeated your body. (This step can be performed by the time you would like).
Just as you have the ability to focus on the tip of a finger or any other material object; you can focus on your heart. When this concept becomes more heightened and hog all of your attention, you've gone outside the common thought and you have entered a state of concentration. You can't look with your physical eyes your spiritual heart, but you can focus all attention on it, then the power of concentration will enter your heart and take you outside the field of the mind.AtreveteAVivir
As recommended by experts at meditation to gain non secular heart we must feel that we have no mind, we do not have arms, legs or any piece of our physical body, just our hearts. Then we feel that we have got a heart but our body and heart are one. When you feel you are nothing but your heart, you can reach the spiritual heart thru steered meditation.
Key point of the exercise:
- Visualise the flower clearly from the start.
- Identify you with the flower; don't feel any separation of your being with the flower.
Purpose of exercise:
- Find your spiritual heart.
- Initiate the gentle process of opening your spiritual heart.
