Lose Weight On Your Face Very Quickly

Hey there. Chances are if you are looking for information on how to slim down your face, you may have chubby cheeks or a double chin, or both, and want to slim your face down. Your face is one of the hardest places to lose weight if you don't have the right techniques. About a year ago, I had a chubby face. I wasn't overweight anywhere else, just around my face, and I hated it. I had no idea how to lose weight on my face either. I tried normal weight loss diets and exercises but they didn't help.

I tried doing some searches online for lose weight on your face methods. I discovered some awesome info and found some really good tips. I applied the tips and my face very quickly began to slim down, after 27 days my face had no fat in it at all. I was so happy!

The first thing you need to know if you want to lose weight on your face is you have to stop eating food that contains high levels of sodium. Such foods cause your face to bloat like nothing else will. You see the sodium makes your face hold extra water; this is what causes the bloating.

When you have given up on foods that are high in sodium, the next important lose weight on your face tip is to begin sculling down a lot of water. Try to drink around 8 glasses of water a day. If your body doesn't get enough water, it starts to store more of it, which can cause bloating of your face.

Now it's time to really step it up a notch to lose weight on your face. Start doing some face exercises.

The first exercise is for your chin. Learn your head back so you are looking at the roof. When you are doing this stretch your jaw out as far as it goes. Hold this for thirty seconds, then have a quick break, and do this exercise another ten times.

Another great exercise for your face to help lose weight on your face is to hold you head back as far as you can without feeling any pain or being uncomfortable. Next, twist your neck so your looking to one side, hold that for some time, then twist the other way and hold that. Do each side around five times.

This a great start if you are wanting to lose weight on your face.
